Hi, my name is Jacquelyn Gianni, you can call me Jackie. I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, as well as the proud owner of Essential IV and Wellness with 20 years of medical experience and a desire for helping others.

I am a native of Syracuse, NY where I attended St Joseph’s College of Nursing and received my ASN. I started my career in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and after getting a good foundation decided to travel as an ICU nurse to various locations. I ultimately fell in love with Florida and settled in the Clearwater area. I then ventured into Oncology, Women’s services and eventually back to care for critical patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. During that time, I received my BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing and my MSN from South University in Tampa, FL.

My extensive experience in all areas has taught me the importance of incorporating a holistic outlook for each patient to live a healthy lifestyle. I have a passion for educating the “whole” body and mind. I believe education is the foundation to starting your journey to optimal health and wellness.
